Reformation cannot take place in society unless it is backed by Christian businesses that will not just finance the gospel, but will serve as existing models excellence brought about by adhering to kingdom principles. One of the hallmarks of Pastor Tom and Bonnie Deuschle’s ministry is the number of internationally-acclaimed business leaders they have mentored. To help pass the DNA to others, the Victory Business Forum was established. A major annual highlight of VBF is an annual VBF conference that is held, in partnership with Bigger Africa, just before ACTION. The conference attracts business leaders from within and without the ministry because of the quality of speakers drawn from all over the world.

Victory Business Forum members are committed to these core values:

1.    Obedience: Obeying God in paying the tithe and giving freewill offerings to their local church.

2.    Commitment: Fulfilling the calling on our lives by surrendering our careers and resources to the Lord to advance His Kingdom.

3.    Integrity: Living biblical standards in the practice of all business and life affairs, and being a light that reflects the character of Jesus Christ to the world.

4.    Submission: Walking under the authority of a local pastor and being accountable through discipleship to the leadership of a local church.

5.    Values: Standing up for righteousness and for our Lord Jesus Christ, defending our natural and spiritual family against all adversaries. Members meet regularly for training and leadership development, seminars, workshops, and ministry events.

They are mentored by committed leaders who have not only demonstrated success, but want to disciple others to do the same and make them part of a winning team. In every activity, VBF members learn Kingdom principles coupled with strategic advice and wise counsel to help them develop a sound business and life strategy for today’s challenging world.

Their goal is simple: They want to help you and others build a profitable business on sound ethical principles. In other words, they want to help you take your business from “vision to victory.”
