Pastor Tom Deuschle has always had a strong desire to help equip businesspeople for the rigours of the marketplace. In conjunction with Jim Niekamp and Scott Fanning, Pastor Tom combines kingdom principles with marketplace best practice through the Kingdom Marketplace conference in Chicago. The conference exposes businesspeople from Zimbabwe and all around the world to some of Chicago’s famous centres centres of excellence. This interactive helpsapproach helps participants them visualise what they can attain for their respective organisations, and even aseven as individuals. Delegates are accommodated at the internationally acclaimed and multi-award winning Ritz Carlton Hotel.

Lessons learnt during the conference are all aligned with world-class organisations and institutions through experiential education supported by the academic essentials as opposed to academic. The next Kingdom Marketplace Conference is scheduled for the 28th April to the 1st May 2010 in Chicago.
